|Cicero Networks today announced that it has been awarded the 2004 Technical Innovation award by the Irish Software Association. Cicero Networks has developed an innovative Voice over Wireless IP solution which enables operators to deliver voice services over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and broadband networks.
The awards were announced at the ISA's Annual Software Industry Awards ceremony on Friday 12th November, 2004.

Using Cicero subscribers can make and receive calls within any Wi-Fi area - in the office at home or in any public hotspot - at a fraction of the cost of traditional cellular networks.
Cicero Networks offers fixed-line, cable and broadband service providers a means to quickly and cost effectively enter the wireless telecommunications arena with a wireless VoIP service.

The ISA Awards is one of the Irish software industry's most prestigious events, where the winners of four awards - Company of the Year, New Company of the Year, Technical Innovation Award, and Sales and Marketing Innovation Award - are announced. Cicero Networks joins a highly acclaimed group of companies including Siebel Systems (Eontec), Cape Technologies, Haptec and Fineos as this years award winners. Mr. Larry Quinn also was received the Irish Software Association person of the year award.
