Ross Brennan, co-founder and CEO
Ross is co-founder and CEO of Cicero Networks. He has seventeen years experience in the international software industry. Ross was formerly head of sales and marketing with Exaxe, where as a member of the senior management team he was responsible for expanding the company’s operations across international markets. Ross has also held senior management positions with Flexicom, Misys and Accenture. Ross holds a B. Comm from University College Dublin, Ireland

Mary Doyle, co-founder and CTO
Mary is co-founder and CTO of Cicero Networks. Mary has twenty-two years experience in the design and development of software program products for international markets. Previously, Mary was a Board Director and CTO of Softech Telecom (now Soft-ex) where she was responsible for redevelopment of their market-leading Ringmaster product. Prior to Softech, Mary was senior technical architect in IBM Ireland’s Software Laboratory. Mary was named on patents filed during her time with IBM and Softech. Mary holds a B.Sc from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Lorcan Burke, VP Sales
Lorcan has extensive senior level international sales and marketing experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Cicero Networks, Lorcan was Director of Business Development for Itsmobile Ltd, a leading European m-commerce applications company where he was responsible for the successful launch of the mCommerce payment platform in Europe.

Previously Lorcan was Director of Sales and Marketing at Accuris Ltd and the International Sales and Business Development Director at LAKE Communications. In these roles Lorcan was responsible for securing multi million dollar contracts with customers such as France Telecom, Commander (Australia), Belgacom (Belgium) and Telecom Italia. Lorcan holds a BSc in Information Technology from Dublin City University.

Elaine Treacy, VP Marketing
Elaine has over fifteen years experience within the Software Industry in both the US and Europe. Most recently, Elaine was Senior Vice President, Marketing at Baltimore Technologies plc, where she was responsible globally for product marketing and marketing communications. Previously, she spent five years with Enterprise Ireland advising companies on software marketing strategy, including two years as Vice President of Technology Products Division in New York. Elaine holds a BComm degree and a Masters of Business Studies Degree from University College, Galway, Ireland.
